Update to Notifications tab on Warpcast

Ability to toggle off Priority mode and bring back the old All tab.

Priority mode now can be turned on / off for:
- Notifications
- Cast pages (i.e. what replies you see)
- Channels
- Direct Casts

You're in control. :)

This is strange that you could see my comment and reply it!
No one will see my comments under their or others' posts unless they follow me.
It's 10 days now that I don't get even 1 like from non-followers despite my activity on channels that support each other very much.
All my interactions limited to followers only :(
