How do you prioritize and filter the most important features to ship?

Varun and I have a 6 month plan, updated POV every few weeks, pressure test daily

Working on /grey — /fashion, psychological design, writer, handyman, co-founder

we sit 6 ft from each other and pressure test daily :)

Can I ask if you run async between “every few weeks”, trusting the POV sync to bridge gaps quick enough?

Are these technical tests, or something else like KPIs or more qualitative?
