hardest thing about building on WC is sifting through important user reports amidst bangers in the TL

thought about creating a separate CX-oriented account but 1) users tag me directly, 2) it seems important to ack / interact with them directly as the founder

anyone have a method for dealing with this?

Great opportunity for another client + sentiment analysis + companion cast action.

Could also integrate into a tool like front.com via their API if you want to make the "client" backend heavy and use Front for the UI.

is it currently possible to plug warpcast DCs into Front?

No. But would be easy enough when we make Read APIs available at some point.
