Priorities this week 1. Crypto — improvements to mini apps and continuing work on web wallet; expanded wallet to more countries 2. Onboarding — working on infra for free sign ups, visual overhaul for sign up flow, a revamp to invites (moving to "referrals") and improved "follow 10 people" flow; thinking about new direction for creator onboarding post FarCon 3. Protocol upgrades — improvements to Snapchain, auth addresses There are no other priorities. See many of you at FarCon!

free sign ups and nameswitch to Farcaster are such leveraged changes for onboarding - I intend to onboard a bunch of musicians as i feature their music on @acidtest so been thinking about this
