Alright, since I have the qualifications of being 1/3 professional chef, maybe we do an AMA about cooking or your burning questions about food?

I was in culinary school for a year and finished the first of three parts to become a certified red seal chef. I still have all my textbooks and recipes, so fire away!

1. What's your favorite thing to cook for a solo meal? A dinner party?

2. What do you find most challenging about cooking?

1. Party meal. Food to me is something you share with people in your life. Making time to cook for people you are close with and seeing them enjoy it is so moving.

2. Time management. Thanksgiving for example, do not do everything all in one day, things can be done the day before. It's not worth the stress.
