Experimenting with a new onboarding feed that is algorithmic like TikTok. No initial follows.

But that means you need to be posting engaging content.

I'd like to welcome my autofollow friends to the engagement trenches. we newcomers thank you for all you did to sustain this network during the long, hard winter. us sweet summer children will never have low fids,  but we'll always have low fid friends

There were 200 people in the follow suggestions.

The top ones are good at posting. That's why they were there. ;)

jokes aside, I'm excited to see how algo feed works for onboarding!

"Good at posting" is qualitative and up to discernment of the viewer. Does simply making an engaging post make a "great post" if it's just something that's oddly perplexing that can grab someone's attention for a few more seconds than normal? 

Should we just be sarcastic all day? Help me Dan.
