tiered rewards is confusing, how do I know which tier am I on? 

or a simple note saying that I have <1000 score and not qualified for the lowest tier would suffice

There's a expandable tier chart on the main screen of the frame.

>1000 doesn't mean you qualify for the award

1. If you add the frame, we send you notifications
2. There are 6+ days left, the leaderboard will fill out

ok I see and also noticed only top 50 people have 1k+ score

but the rest of folks getting rewards have no idea if they'll be included this week or not and that was decided to be this way

if so I like that you never know if you get it or not lol like with $5 prior to this update
