New Experiment: Channel Pass 

- Hosts can require a pass to cast in a channel
- Users must pay 100 warps for the pass 
- A pass can be revoked if a user ignores the norms.

We’re going to be iterating a bit more aggressively with channels over the next couple of months. Goal is to find the core of the primitive to decentralize (most likely onchain!).

Iteration and experimentation will be centralized on Warpcast. But any revenue will end up in the protocol when we migrate.

In this case, channel pass fees go to the host. If it’s working, we will possibly add a channel treasury.
