Our current plan 1. Grow the number of daily active users on Farcaster 2. This benefits creators because they have a larger potential audience 3. This also benefits developers because they have a large potential user base 4. Super joining Warpcast allows us to invest more time on growth (no. 1) 5. Base bringing Farcaster into Coinbase Wallet—an app that has millions of existing users—helps with growth (no. 1) 6. We’re working on several big growth initiatives—both product-led (Woj will be helping with this!) and marketing / sales led (more announcements here soon!) 7. We’re investing more time in outbound messaging. You’ve likely seen our X / Twitter account get more active recently. Will be doing more here as well.

8. Product priorities wise: a. Make onchain UX great in frames — differentiating feature for Farcaster; embedded wallet on Warpcast will help, and then Base launching with one later this year; but we're also continuing to support and expand MWP for existing wallets; we're going to start with being great at EVM chains, but can expand to non-EVM chains, too b. Increase sign ups — reduce the cost at the protocol level (with an FIP) to make it easier for apps to underwrite free sign ups (while still having a rate limit for spam); cheaper sign ups also increase the likelihood that other apps with large existing userbases will consider adopting Farcaster; Warpcast will also be ramping up distributing invites to users, etc. c. Snapchain — make sure the underlying protocol can continue to scale (just ask Woj or Neynar how the existing infra is scaling); Snapchain also likely allows us to move faster in the future for potential protocol upgrades based on some of its properties.
