More developers get interested in building new social apps 3. New apps attract users; virtuous cycle 4. Win crypto first, then other categories. Likely through channels.

I feel like warpcast and frames helped onboard CT. Whatโs the strategy to onboard the next big community? For example, could we enabled entire subreddits to warpcast, or other large communities online that might need a new home? Diversifying the content will be crucial to not get pigeonholed as crypto-only

Which is more important to you: gaining 100% of CT or onboarding orthogonal communities to diversify content on FC, widening potential market? (And on what timeframe?) Or do you think you can do both?

1. Win CT (will never be 100%) 2. Make channels great as a product 3. People will organically talk about non-crypto stuff via channels 4. Lean into the best non-crypto channels for adjacent growth Channels not good enough right now.

Assuming 1-3 are done, what does leaning in for 4 look like practically? Is it more inwards focus on warpcast features like feed algos, user onboarding etc? Or is it externally focused on user acquisition via brand/marketing etc
