Your assumptions of what contributes to the trending algorithm are incorrect.

Maybe we are not seeing the same thing

Do you believe the engagement I have highlighted is coming from accounts that are fair to include in your DAU?

Those are separate issues. You claimed you gamed the trending algo. You didn’t.

1. Show me accounts on Trending that are gaming it. Algorithm has been improved lately. If you give examples, can continue to iterate.

2. You turned off priority mode. If you turn it back on you won’t be flooded.

3. I’m not going to get into your pedantic argument about DAU measurement again.

I am stating the Trending cast algorithm is being gamed, not personally by me (i.e. I am not in control of the sockpuppets that are rampant here)

I don’t want to be flooded with artificial engagement — yet, here we are
