Channel leads experiment update

I'll be working with 20 or so people on helping increase quality casts and engagement in channels for the next 6 weeks.

Trying to figure out what works well to empower individuals (and later groups) to grow channels sustainably.

If this works well, will expand the number of channel leads significantly.
