I get your point and I appreciate it, but I just wanna say the selection bias of this durvey shouldn't be discounted. This survey would be like saying 75% of people who spend $1,000 a week at chil-fil-a are satisfied with the service of chik-fil-a. I don't think people who dislike trump are really hankering to watch a 2 hour speech from trump.

The CNN poll tells a different story though it is not directly comparable number wise as it gave more than two choices. That being said, it can be compared to the same poll for other presidents.... Former President Joe Biden received a very positive response from 51 percent of viewers on his first address to Congress, while Barack Obama received 68 percent, and George W. Brush received 66 percent. Trump received 44% for his address on Tuesday...

What I find interesting are the videos of dems presidents surfacing saying the same stuff trump is saying now re immigration but because it’s “trump” it’s bad. He’s a bad man. It’s amazing how much the MSM has indoctrinated people to hate someone because they say so. I listened to parts of the speech as an interested outsider, the dems behaviour was just ridiculous, childish and quite eye opening to how far they have fallen.
