Two new settings for channel hosts

Manage feeds
- Ability to turn off the Trending feed for your channel

Manage channel passes
- Ability to turn on a channel pass and change the price. You'll need to have channel norms set.

Available on web (not on mobile) by clicking the pencil icon on your channel page.

Can we decide who has a pass? For example if I want to create a channel where only the artists can post?

A more curated channel would be something like:

1. A really high channel pass price (you can always revoke)
2. Gift passes to artists for free
