VC -> failed to level up as an operator -> VC

I think the current algorithm is designed to reflect the small number of folks that I vibe and engage most with. 

This works for hyperlocal friend groups, but I am addicted (like most consumer users) to finding and discovering new ideas about folks I know nothing about.
