Verify your X account

You can now connect a X (Twitter) account on Warpcast and it will show up on your profile. 

We’re going to experiment with using this as a signal to give users more reach on the app. 

Should be rolling out to all users now.

If this experiment works, we're also going to make this data available to other apps to use in their own spam filtering. 

We'll likely release an API first and then a protocol level change to support verified accounts.

Was more common early on. You used to be able to sign in with Twitter for Instagram before Meta acquired them.

Never seen a social network give another social network real estate on their platform like this unless both were owned by the same company.

Odd that clicking the badge after connecting doesn't click-through to the corresponding profile on X, @dwr.eth.

I’m also not seeing it on my profile when logged out. Perhaps it needs time to update(?)

I 'm not active on X but Can I Cross cast?  Like show on X too?
