I’ve seen the Abrams one but not Mighty Ira. Neither feels super controversial to me What I’m curious about is free speech where AI is concerned. I always expected we’d be seeing cases of whether or not an AI will have the same rights as humans but didn’t think we’d be headed in that direction so quickly I’ve always considered myself a free speech maxi but I’ve also find seeing the constitution as infallible gospel a problem. I reserve the right to change my mind

What I am strongly against is California passing a law that clearly won't meet the sniff test as a political statement. Waste of everyone's time.

Sorry, my bad. Too many people on this app thinking that 1st Amendment is casual guidance and not the supreme law of the land (with SCOTUS being able to adjust it).
