We will do a clean up of clearly squatted names prior to moving channels into the protocol / decentralizing them.

This is a 2-3 months away.

(Having the "intention of growing a channel later" isn't some hack around this, either.)

About 10 days ago, there was a rumor from an unknown source that there was an airdrop for the channel's host, and many people created channels.
Perhaps they are pointless channels created for the sake of creating channels.
