Is there a way to implement 'shared casts'

Two accounts collaborating could both be involved in a cast and it will state 'A account  and B account' above the cast on the timeline

i believe it makes it easy with big announcements between two brands or communities coming together to build something

accounts with notifications on ,Can their notifications come up immediately after they post and the replies also ?
