How long until “the filibuster is the bulwark of democracy” and “the ideal number of Supreme Court justices is 9”?

(I think the filibuster is good and SCOTUS should be 9.)

The point is the Democrats wanted to add 2 states and pack the court in 2020 but Manchin and Sinema refused. Twitterati called the filibuster “racist”.

Republicans *could* pack the court in this Congress, but doesn’t seem likely.

Democrats will praise the filibuster tradition publicly now. 100% hypocritical. Which is fine.

don't think packing the court was ever that realistic despite whatever rhetoric was being tossed around. 

republicans *could* this time but they won't, fwiw i think their coalition is actually fairly broad. 

and yeah everybody loves the fili when they're not in power. personally i think it should be done away with.
