how big is it? beyond a certain size figma should downsize it. i've noticed tho that for *really* big images it will just throw an error. may need https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/799646392992487942/Insert-Big-Image

Hmmm. Do you use a special screenshot app? Could be the file name Otherwise probably just a figma hiccup. Able to test a different screenshot png?
