Decentralizing channels work in progress

We're planning a 2 phase migration for decentralizing channels:

1. Clean up Warpcast-only channel features — next week or so
2. Decentralize into the protocol — 2-3 months

How does channel ownership work if there are two owners? Will that be possible?

how is owner determined? i.e. there are several admins, and when the original creator left and there is only one admin left.
