3. How do you prevent fraud?

1. Nobody gets “paid”, account creation fees get retro-funded to creating app (paying wallet)
2. You define, as well as the criteria (ie only refund power badges users after x month, or after 1 year at renewal)
3. There is no benefit for fraud, if you create dummy account you don’t get the retro-funding.
