How do you distinguish them from those you consider “low value accounts” since I know that lots of us artists are still under that label and communities like the one I help run and talking to @pichi about it makes up the bulk of our engagements yet it seems placing on this list there needs to be an echelon hit of the user that engages even if it is a small amt on a fast vs some that get larger interactions and rank lower.
