Are web3 companies looking to pay another company for education?

From my experience working in a CEX before, employees with knowledge in web3 were super rare. Internal education programmes existed, but they were poor because the teachers themselves did not really know about the topic. I've already closed one partnership that has driven some revenue, especially for niche cases.
