Follows are part of FIP-3: Links https://github.com/farcasterxyz/protocol/discussions/85 We're planning to migrate follows to Hubs in the next few of weeks (need to give everyone running Hubs a chance to upgrade). After that, read / writing follows will be 100% permissionless with Hubs.
