New Warpcast web feature: connect Ethereum address

Should make it easier to connect addresses with a hardware wallet since browser extension wallets are a bit more reliable than mobile.

connect an already-connected address to a new farcaster account revokes the old "connection?"

why? what if users have multiple farcaster account and want to associate it all with a single address?

There are a lot of nice properties for developers to know that a given onchain address / activity / asset is mapped to a single Farcaster account at a time
