makes sense! I suppose I’m not quite understanding what howey test criterion makes VVV certainly not a security as opposed to the other non listed tokens. is it no expectation of profits, as VVV is credibly used by the person to unlock access to the venice api?

If I had to guess, Coinbase is adjusting their process in real-time to the new regulatory environment / anticipating further regulatory clarity So wouldn’t be surprised if you see a significant increase in listings of older assets that have been in the queue
