Basically the quality of life for the average Korean has dropped so much they feel hopeless - this is what my cousins who live there tell me

Some of them try, not all of them succeed speak English, many of them have family ties that keep them there..

Also it’s a cultural thing - boomers of Korea haven’t set up the next generation for success, they don’t feel comfortable / want to have kids. They’re optimizing for money 🤷‍♂️
