Significant amount of additional complexity for the protocol. Just buy more storage. :)

It would be interesting if we could rebalance storage between casts, followers and reactions. What if you reach 100% on any of them, but the others are still low? You have to buy storage anyway? Asking for a friend with +93% reactions but 15% followers and 35% casts

What does exceeding storage limits actually affect?

Okay so this is really the first time I see this, what do I have to do IF my storage regarding reactions is let's say 170% 🙃
