I came up with this idea. How about increase the total pool by adding a sum of (number of people ranking over 500 (not in top 400) x $5). The given threadhold is 500 (or maybe a good number) to selected quality users, multiply by $5 because if they are in the top 400, that's what they would get.

I have another idea. Let's call X is the % increasing you reinvest next week. Now to find X, you can get it from: (1) % new users (subsription ⬆️) (2) % transaction based-models increase (3) % advertisement (optional) * please note that the increasing % is compared with your historical records After got all of these numbers you can see the % revenue increases and decice what would be the good X.
