Have to stay focused on finding the thing that drives DAU growth.

“what are the biggest pains for a user that if solved would make them wanna pay and invite more frens”

may lead to diff answers than “what will drive growth”

im not saying growth path is bad. i do think focusing on problem — leads to creative solutions.

I’m skeptical that FC can beat Twitter on breaking news any time soon. What’s happening is their most. cf. Threads being downstream

- existing followers
