If we offered a new feed that showed:

- All casts from people you follow (regardless of whether in a channel or not)
- No replies (and reply bumping) or recasts, just top-level casts

Does this sound more interesting to you than the default Home feed?

i want a feed for all casts NOT in a channel

Unfollow all channels and then your home feed would be that?

but that won't stop recasts from channels bleeding through? 

i like channels. the only thing missing seems to be a way to see casts from people i follow that are not in any channels.

side note: maybe there could be an sorting option. sort by new / most liked inside a channel.
