Looks unripe! Hahah Once in Dubai i saw green banana ,I told myself if they offer this then probably its ripe and other species ,I ordered and it was unripe as hell 🤣

Yeah we cook or make chutney or jam with them, generally they're more tart, less of that ripe tomato taste and firmer.
