Looks unripe! Hahah Once in Dubai i saw green banana ,I told myself if they offer this then probably its ripe and other species ,I ordered and it was unripe as hell 🤣

Yeah we cook or make chutney or jam with them, generally they're more tart, less of that ripe tomato taste and firmer.

Can't quite tell them apart by taste but I've always found having various colours of the same produce to greatly enhance the experience.
