i definitely recommend checking nxt museum. i go there everytime they change the exhibition. 
other then that, i d recommend having a walk in the city center, around red light district and the canals. explore as much on foot, amsterdam has a lot of random things happening on the streets.
cruises on the canals are also nice!
try fresh stroopwafles (but not the ones covered in chocolate and sprinkles, look for the og ones).
check out Cafe hill street blues if you wanna drink smth and chill (you can also smoke inside 🌱).
