- lamb + pistachio patties w/ cucumber salad + eggplantn- bolognese (usually on pappardelle but sometimes parlayed into chicken paramesan or eggplant lasanga)n- braised chicken w/ fennel in tomato + wine sauce n- grilled ancho salmon w/ a corn vingaigrette (great cold on farrow salad next day)n- steaknnthose 5 probably make up 50% of what we cook, all but steak are great left over so we do 2-3lbs of the protein
