it’s a known issue - you need to get the seed phrase for that wallet out of warpcast mobile app in advanced settings 

then import into rainbow then claim

Here is what you do, you probably have installed Zerion wallet, go to the app and in the search section search for build.top and then you can connect your Zerion wallet and confirm the transaction, that's how I solved my problem, give it a try
