LIFE IN A DAY (2011) Directors: Tegan Bukowski, Loressa Clisby, Kevin Macdonald Producer: Ridley Scott An event documentary made by filmmakers from around the world that serves as a time capsule for future generations to see what it was like to be alive on Earth on July 24, 2010. The film contains scenes chosen from 4,500 hours of footage submitted by 80,000 people from 192 countries. The completed picture made its debut at the Sundance picture Festival in 2011.

It is indeed a very unique and creative documentary, through the joint efforts of filmmakers from all over the world, weaving together the lives of people from different cultures and backgrounds to form a rich and diverse picture of global life.
