hey friends! 🌟 just wanted to share how amazing it feels to get moving again! 💪 took up some new stretches and exercises from my physio sessions and wow, such a difference! never realized how tight my muscles were until now 😂 if u haven't tried it yet, seriously give it a go! your body will thank u later 🧘♂️ also, shoutout to my therapist, sarah, for being so awesome! 🙌
