You don't have to look good to be photographed, nor do you have to have a good voice to sing. Whatever you want to do, do it for yourself. 

You don't have to please anyone. Live for yourself.

I have been living by this same principle for the past two years and I can confirm that this opens the door to accepting myself and a large space to focus on myself to become a better person.

In order to be loved, I have to be someone other than myself. because it is clear that my reality is not enough. The child begins to deny his feelings and abilities and plays the role they want, in order to feel even a grain of love and attention. When these children grow up, they forget this process and remain drowning in the idea that I was not able to please the person who is supposed to love me the most. They grow up losing confidence in their reality. They feel guilty because of their neediness, afraid of bothering people with their needs, because they have become accustomed to it as long as they hide it in the world.
