Is it illegal to give away money to followers?

What if I said I would give 1 ETH to a randomly chosen follower this Friday? 

Screw it, let's do it. I'm gonna give someone 1 ETH on Friday.

The Japan Tour in 2026 will require much more preparation, but we will successfully achieve the first 3 goals and begin saving for the tour. This will allow us to focus entirely on that goal for the entire year. 💪💪
