Dennis Porter, CEO and co-founder of Satoshi Action Fund (an organization that works with U.S. lawmakers on Bitcoin-related bills): I can confirm that Trump is considering an Executive Order to create a “Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.” The Treasury Department, through the Exchange Stabilization Fund, has the authority to stabilize the dollar by purchasing currencies. Trump could use this fund to buy more Bitcoin.
