Reasons i called it Nigerian jollof, cause different countries have theirs… although we’re the best 😏

It's rice with other stuff and at the end we call it Estamboli Polo (Persian Tomato Rice):
Made with rice, tomatoes, onions, tomato paste, and sometimes potatoes.
