matcha has always been the toe spacers of the beverage world. have you tried coffee?

I finally drank coffee monday morning, here are some things i’ve felt in my body for the past 40 hours since i had em.

- My energy has been through the roof, i mean my body feels strong, but i feel the tiredness in my brain also (that’s not good)

- The shirt i wore to the gym today was usually fit on my body, it was s..o big on me today. I believe i lost a lot of water weight + fat more these past hours.

- Throughout these 40 hours, i’ve only had 3 hours of sleep and that was last night, i couldn’t take my usual naps cause i was just filled with energy. I still haven’t felt sleepy 😪 

- I couldn’t eat as much as i used to, i can’t finish my usual meal. Has to be the coffee.

- I’m thinking like crazy, that’s what got me into writing the thread on how to earn on farcaster.
