would you wear a corset to fit into a dress? past me wouldāve automatically said no, but if i had a one-of-a-kind vintage piece thatās starting to feel tight, iād wear a corset for a while instead of trying to lose weight lmao

I think these are much more popular than people realize, or maybe Iām just out of the loop. There is a vendor in my area that does very, very well selling corsets. She wears one everyday as well š²

you are right, they are becoming more popular !! modern corsets are quite different from those of past centuries tho. they come with zippers instead of ribbons or laces, and often lack boning ā so the chances of actually snatching your figure are low theyāve been reinvented as stylish garments rather than restrictive tools for shaping the female figure, buuut you can still find the ones that sculpt ā³ and i've seen many women online using real victorian corsets :o which is interesting because i could neverrr i would use them to develop a better posture tbh, how about you?
