Just tried strawberry yoplait yogurt and realized how far my palate has come when it relates to sugar. I used to eat these every day! Even crave them. But WOWOW it wayyy to sweet, I chucked it. I felt I was eating pure sugar with yogurt texture. It's crazy how tastes change!

I totally get it! Sometimes I wonder if my taste buds have become more discerning😅It’s fascinating how our palate keeps changing, and I feel like mine is still evolving even now!
