The issue is that you likely have more than one wallet associated with your fid and you are connected to the claim site with the wrong wallet.

Just use the wallet written on it ,0x9170

You have to claim/commit through warpcast custody wallet. 
I had something similar so I had to import my Warpcast seed phrase into wallet to claim. I wasn't able to claim through my connected wallet but it worked with Warpcast seed phrase. 
Import your warpcast seed phrase into wallet and claim, it will work.
