2. Social fandom rewards. Mint your teams and complete Farcaster posts for team swag or discounts. Probably already exists in some fashion? 3. Rental payments - proof of being a good renter and landlord. Having an audited rent roll would be huge win for getting new financing or selling.

Ideas I’m thinking through: 1. Fantasy sports app - collect and trade players. Weekly wins, fees distributed back to the community for prizes. Lots of legal, licensing, and trademark unknowns. Would be fun and this will eventually exist.

This week I learned a lot. Stood up a NextJS starter site, got third web connect and auth working, played with smart wallets, deployed a few smart contracts. Not sure what I am going to build yet but have a better idea of what can be done.
