the joy of starting up again is so delightful. you know exactly what you won't repeat. you run lean experiments instead of grand clunky products that rarely touch reality. you speak your mind & hold ground on opinions without compromising on vital decisions. being honest (to self, team) is an A+ rockstar skill. direction overpowers speed exponentially, always. consistency surprisingly trumps intensity bouts every time. building relationships matters as much as building products themselves. saying "no" becomes your everyday superpower for maintaining focus. you are rational about what weight your team can pull, setting realistic expectations.
