Have pushed for a CMHC Cap increase to $1.25M, they believed it was a tough ask because it WAS STIMULUS Officials at CMHC & the DoF TOLD the Associations an increase was unwanted because frantic Bidding Wars & rising prices were BAD Then the Government saw the Polls
